1.£1000 is for Lothian Plans Services only. Winner will still have to pay council and associated fees.
2. Winner must know what they want drawn up.
3. If the cost of the works is more, then winner pays the difference (quote will be provided prior to starting)
4. Winner must use our services within 6 months of draw date.
5. Winner can only use prize for one property.
